3. Ownership

You own all applications you create and the code within them. Any code generated by AI and deployed by you is your property. We do not claim ownership of your code, content, or applications.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, run, transmit, and process your content as needed to provide the service, including the AI training rights described above.

4. Access to Customer Lambdas

We do not access your deployment worker lambdas (customer lambdas) or their runtime data unless you provide explicit permission (for example, to troubleshoot an issue), or as required by law. You control access and can revoke permission at any time.

5. Cryptocurrency and Web3 Disclaimer

Our service integrates with cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies. Please note:

• We use Turnkey for wallet connections but make no guarantees about the security or reliability of third-party services
• Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky and subject to market volatility
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of our service
• Users are solely responsible for managing their private keys and wallet security
