Open Inbox to find human review work for the selected workspace. Open an item to inspect its task, response, criteria, and supporting evidence before recording a decision. Access depends on the assignment and your workspace permissions.

A response score, a corrected answer, and permission to use a task for training are separate decisions. Keep uncertainty visible when evidence is missing or you cannot judge the result. A saved rating does not change model weights or publish a new grader.
