Workflows
Run a saved prompt or immutable Agent action with clear triggers and authority.
Open Workflows to inspect saved behavior and its executions. Use the List or Calendar view to find a workflow and its schedule.
A Workflow is a saved prompt or an immutable Agent-action target. It may run manually, on a schedule, or through a webhook when the relevant trigger is configured and authorized.
Keep the target, source version, schedule or webhook trigger, and resulting outputs reviewable. A Workflow does not bypass approval, connected-app, publication, spend, or sandbox authority gates.
Review the execution contract
Choose the saved prompt or exact published Agent action, then inspect its inputs, permissions, trigger, and resource limits before running it. Follow the execution's status and outputs after starting it. A scheduled trigger does not make an unpublished Agent callable or grant new provider access.
When changing a recurring workflow, review the next scheduled execution and handle any already-running work separately. See Schedules and webhooks, Profile, and Integrations.
