Schedules and webhooks

Workflows can be started manually, on a schedule, or by a webhook where that surface is available. Define the allowed inputs, Profile/Agent version, resource limits, external actions, output destination, and approval points before enabling a trigger.

An event trigger should not grant access to unrelated account data or bypass an approval required by the Workflow policy.
