Email support@openpond.ai for help with sign-in, conversations, attachments, workspaces, or any other OpenPond feature. Include the device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened when reporting an issue.
We aim to respond within two business days.
Account and data
You can permanently delete your OpenPond account and associated data from Settings in the iOS app. If you cannot access the app, contact support from the email address associated with your account.
