Chat and Work
Chat is for questions, explanations, brainstorming, and short drafts. Work is for multi-step tasks that need private compute, files, commands, durable outputs, approvals, Agent packaging, or Taskset tools.

Choose Work when the result must be inspectable and durable. Work does not remove approval, budget, retention, or authority boundaries.
